Finding a good candidate is the hard part of recruiting. Getting that candidate in front of a client should be the easy part, yet it is where the hours go: retyping a resume into the client's Word template, building a proposal from the last one, rewording a resume to fit the job.
Cntrlall takes that work on. It formats a resume / CV into each client's own template, writes client proposals, and matches a resume to the job description line by line. Every recruiter also gets an AI assistant for interview prep and their own page to share, with their open roles on it.
It is made for recruiters at staffing and recruiting firms, wherever they work.

The client's format, not ours
Every client asks for submissions their own way. The product fills their template instead of asking them to accept a new one.
The resume is the source
It never adds experience. Every change comes from the resume, and you approve it.
The recruiter decides
Suggestions are suggestions. You see each change and choose what goes in the final document.
Next to your ATS
Cntrlall builds the submission. It works next to your ATS (Bullhorn or any other), which stays in charge of placements and billing.
