Terms of service

The service

Cntrlall gives your agency a shared workspace for proposals, resume formatting and polishing, a candidate pipeline, an assistant and a public careers page. Anything marked “Coming soon” is not part of your plan until it launches.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. Workspace admins decide who joins the workspace and what role they have, and are responsible for removing people who leave.

Your data

Everything you put into Cntrlall stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described on the Privacy page.

You are responsible for having the right to hold and share the candidate data you upload, including any consent your local law requires.

AI output

Documents and drafts are generated from the resume and job you provide, and are built not to invent experience. Read every document before you send it to a client or candidate; you are responsible for what you submit.

Fair use

Do not use Cntrlall to break the law, send spam, scrape or attack the service, get around plan limits, or access another agency's workspace.

Plans and payment

Plans, prices and limits are listed on the Pricing page. If we raise the price of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can downgrade or cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Cntrlall available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Cntrlall at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We can suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, and will tell the admin why.
