Why Cntrlall

Built for the part of recruiting other tools skip: the submission.

Sourcing tools find people. Chatbots write text. Your ATS tracks placements. Getting a candidate in front of a client, in that client's format, with nothing made up, is still done by hand. That is the work Cntrlall takes over.

Cntrlall vs the alternatives

Other tools do one part. Cntrlall does the whole submission.

Most agencies juggle ChatGPT, a resume formatter, a sourcing tool and hours of copy-paste. None of them gets a candidate in front of a client, in that client's format, without someone fixing it by hand. Cntrlall does.

For the agency

What changes for the business.

More submissions per recruiter

Hours spent on formatting move to calls with candidates and clients, which is what fills roles.

Every submission on-format

Each client's rules live in the workspace, so a junior recruiter's submission looks like a senior's.

No invented experience in front of a client

Facts are copied, not rewritten, and matches cite the resume. One bad submission can cost an account.

New clients without new process

Adding a client's format is a setup step, not a new template everyone has to learn.

Faster ramp for new hires

Formats, jobs and the talent pool are shared, so a new recruiter can submit in their first week.

A pool that compounds

Every resume and careers-page application is saved once and matchable for every future role.

What Cntrlall is not

  • It is not an ATS. Keep Bullhorn or your current system for placements and billing.
  • It does not write experience a candidate does not have, even when a client asks for it.
  • It is not a job board. Roles go on your own careers page, not out to Indeed or LinkedIn.

Common questions

Why not just use ChatGPT for resumes and proposals?
A chat tool gives you text, not the client's Word file, and it rewrites freely, so you have to check every line for changes it made up. Cntrlall fills the client's own template, copies facts as written, enforces the page limit and checks the result before you download.
How is this different from a resume formatting tool?
Formatting tools reformat resumes. Cntrlall also writes technical proposals in each client's format, tailors wording to the JD with your approval and runs your careers page, all from one shared talent pool. Evidence-backed matching and outreach drafts are coming with AI Agents.
Does it replace our ATS?
No. It sits on top of how you submit to clients. Keep your ATS for placements, timesheets and billing.
How much time does it save?
It depends on how long your submissions take today. Use the calculator with your own numbers. The biggest savings come from client-format resumes and proposals, which are usually done by hand.
