What Cntrlall stores, who can see a resume, and how to delete it.
Last updated 6 October 2026
Who we are
Cntrlall is software for staffing and recruitment agencies. Your agency decides which candidates go into its workspace and what happens to them. We store and process that data for your agency, to run the product, and for nothing else.
What we store
Your account: name, email, role, and the agency you belong to. Passwords are stored only as a bcrypt hash; we cannot read them.
Your workspace: candidates (name, contact details, LinkedIn, location, title, experience, work authorisation, skills, resume text and file), jobs, pipeline stages, notes, tasks, assistant conversations, the client formats you upload, and the documents you generate.
Careers page applications: the name, email, optional resume and message a candidate submits. Each one lands in your workspace as a candidate record.
Usage and errors: counts of documents run against your plan, and error reports so we can fix problems.
Who can see a resume
Only signed-in members of your agency's workspace. Every record is tied to your agency, and every read, write and download is checked against it. Other agencies on Cntrlall cannot see your candidates, documents or formats.
Your public careers page shows only the programs and jobs you publish. Applications are never public.
Cntrlall's platform console shows how many candidates a workspace has, not who they are. We open your data only to fix a problem you report or to keep the service running.
AI processing
When you run a proposal, format or polish a resume, or ask the assistant, only the text needed for that request is sent to an AI model, and the result comes back to your workspace.
Where it lives
Records are kept in a managed cloud database. Uploaded and generated files are kept in private storage and are only served through a signed-in download that checks your agency.
We do not sell data, show ads, or use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set keeps you signed in.
How to delete it
Any member of the workspace can delete a candidate from Candidates. That removes the record and its pipeline entries. Notes, tasks and documents that mention the candidate stay in the workspace until you delete them or ask us to.
To delete generated documents, a user, or your whole workspace, email support@cntrlall.com from an admin address on the account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting a workspace removes its candidates, jobs, documents, formats and users.
A candidate who wants their data removed should contact the agency that holds it. If they write to us, we pass the request to that agency.
Changes and contact
If this page changes in a way that matters, we tell workspace admins by email first. Questions go to support@cntrlall.com.
